| 413047 | 2005-12-15 15:01:00 | no, no, (yawn, yawn) no, it is not junk mail like some company in USA wants to deliver a pizza for $9.95 First the HTML Email were plain text Email could of done just as well, from a unknown person that found my web site, so I in classic Eric style replied white text on (yawn, yawn) white background. ################################################## Then my sister sent me a LARGE attachment Baz.wmv at 6.74 Meg in file size, it is a bit of Aussie humor, I should (excuse me again, yawn, yawn) just deleted the Email off the server using MailWasher it is the biggest load of rubbish I have seen for a while I don't know when will the computer community ever get their act together? In my opinion sending someone a large attachment without asking the intended recipient first if it is alright if they would like it, is a bit like ringing up a friend at 4am in the morning to ask why are you up so early in the morning, or did I get you out of bed? The point is with broadband now, all it needs is for a couple of people to send large attachments at the same time and it has jammed up my Email box causing the Email address to reject useful Emails. OK well that is a bit like winning lotto (any prize in lotto), but it could happen |

| 413049 | 2005-12-17 08:12:00 | email is so inpersonall peple forget their manners. i've had my fair share of cripes with companies sending huge attachments, exspecially when the lazy buggers can't be bothered to compress them. also it a pain when i compress files and they can't open them because they are useing some lame compression tool ie stock windows. add to it that most use stock standard windows settings (ie OE) and have no idea what HTML email is. |

| 413050 | 2005-12-17 22:23:00 | I understand the gripes about the spammers and loaded e's..but as far as jamming a mailbox...does anyone not use GMail?...2.6 gig and counting...lots o' room....and a very dynamic anti-spam agent too...I sent whole movies on it and it still asks for more...... | SurferJoe46 (51) | ||

The issue is that for people on limited bandwidth dsl/adsl accounts and/or dial up, it's an imposition to the recipient. But this is where the likes of Mailwasher really come into their own. |
