682772 2008-06-27 00:13:00 I am attempting to use Adobe Image Ready to combine two pictures.

Because of the size of the original I had to scan it by halves. Now I would like to put the two halves together.

I think that the Slice tool is the tool to use, and the Help says that I need to select both pictures but I can’t see how to do that. I can only select one.

The two pictures do not appear as the same size, a reason that escapes me, so does the size of one or the other need to be changed so that they fit together properly?

Your help is appreciated.:thanks

682773 2008-06-27 00:27:00 Bearing in mind I have never bothered to use Image ready, In Photoshop I would open a bank canvas double the size of the biggest pic and simply drag both pics into it and line em up. If one is smaller then the othe I would select he bigger of the 2, Select free transform and redue it is size to match the smaller of the two.

Then I would crop the blank canvas and save thepic.

I assume that I open both, which I have done, but I can't drag them to the blank canvas. Do I need to do something else, first?

682775 2008-06-27 02:17:00 Left click on the image, hold the mouse button down, drag the mouse curser onto the blank canvas. You may need to select the move tool first but mine opens on that by default. Its at the very top right of your tool menu. Metla (12)

Now I can put them together! Good on you!:thanks
