| 682455 | 2008-06-25 23:30:00 | Hi guys, I have a 30gb video iPod which I use at home on my laptop running Vista without a problem. Always gets recognized. I plug the iPod in at work to listen to my music through Winamp which never was a problem. Since the last fury of updates on XP I have the problem that the XP machine does not recognice my iPod anymore. Its says that one of the USB devices attached has malfunctioned etc... However, it works perfectly at home. I tried to google and have tried everything except reformatting my iPod. I checked the USB ports with other devices and they seem to work fine. Is there a simple solution to this problem? Thanking you in advance. |
