GRRR :angry Anyone know how I can do this as my email pers files are getting huge but I don't want to archive them if I can't open them later. Thanks:thumbs: |

In Outlook - File -> Import -> Import From another Program or File -> Personal Folder File (Pst) and then browse to where the .pst file you want is located. Edit - completely misread the question. I am unsure if that method will work in Exchange or not - worth giving it a go. |

You use Outlook, probably 2003 or 2007, to connect to the Exchange server to access emails. To open a .pst file in Outlook you go to File - Open - Outlook Data File. Browse to the .pst file you want to open and it will put it down the left side below your Mailbox - (User). |
