| 681885 | 2008-06-24 09:28:00 | Good evening. For some reason my copy of Photoshop CS3 is really erratic in the way it behaves. Either it starts right away, takes 3-5 minutes to get going, or doesn't start at all - hangs at the introductory screen thingy where it says loading this that and the other (don't know the technical term for it). Can someone offer an explanation as to why it might be doing this? The other thing that happens, although again seemingly random, is it stops working and I get the box and associated text where it offers to send some report or other to Microsoft. The PC is running XP pro with SP3, has recently been reformatted and has had a memory upgrade. Photoshop is the only program this happens with. The program worked fine for a week (I've had it since 12 June). Grateful for any assistance, ta. |

The photoshop thing I don't know seems to be conflicting with something else maybe how much RAM do you have right click my computer properties to find out on the general tab |
