I could not agree more with that idea . I got treated very badly by PowerDVD about their key too once . I called the company in . . . I think Oxnard, CA . , USA and they referred me to a Taiwan phone number which I called . Now, Taiwan is NOT on my free-dialing plan, but I did it anyway . I got put on "HOLD" for over 10 minutes at many US dollars, not HongKong dollars either! After a human (questionable statement by me there) told me in very broken English: "Too bad, you got your one-time free download and now you have to buy another copy", I hung up and went to a key-cracker site and got what I needed . I DO NOT FEEL ANY REMORSE over doing it either . I bought it, lost the key and they refused to issue me a new one . Too bad for them . |
