2008-06-27 04:26:00 | Err isnt that for Windowsupdate? | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2008-06-27 04:28:00 | Err isnt that for Windowsupdate? Exactly. If it's svchost that's eating the CPU, I've found 9 times out of 10 it's the 'windows update bug'. Stopping those services temporarily will either confirm or rule this out.

Turn it off that'll fix it :D Altho I think those commands are usually used, if youre having probs after u get to the windowsupdate site, and there's errors |

2008-06-27 04:42:00 | Probably those commands or if Utorrent was/is running probably that | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2008-06-27 04:44:00 | Also, regarding registry cleaners, you probably won't notice too much speed increase using one. But the best is the one included in CCleaner, which I think should be installed on all computers as stock. Unfortunately that's not the case, so the download site is here (www.filehippo.com). Make sure you save changes before you start deleting registry entries though, just in case. Also, now's as good a time as any to review your security programs. What are you using? Virus Scanners, Malware Detectors, Firewalls, anything?
