415010	2005-12-22 22:27:00	My husband wondering why he hadn't received his ACC bill, rang them. Much later they came back and said because he hadn't earned anything in the last financial year. Which is the info they had from IRD. 4 separate IRD moron staff later I finally get what they had done. Page 2 of his form has his taxable income for the year (self-employed income). Page 3 also has a box for it as well. The page 3 box had been omitted therefore they ignore page 2 and decide his total income was $103 which was his bank interest. We had got a Statement of Account from them, which in column 1 had the correct figures. Column 2 had this $103 but I took no notice of that as it didn't mean anything to me - and the other figures were correct. Do they bother telling us? Do they ring up and query page 3 of the form? Hell no, they decide it was $103. Even though cross-matching that with his GST figures would have alerted them. Alert - IRD, not in the same sentence...	pctek (84)
