We don't use roaming profiles for all users. Most users have access to their own PC's or desktops. The only place currently using roaming profiles is our call centre because most users login to different PC's in the same area. Cheers, PS: I hope that tomorrow I will be able to see if the Wallpaper policy works or not. |

| 683240 | 2008-06-30 08:24:00 | All good... Created a new group policy which sets the user's desktop to what we want using a registry key. All we did in the end for testing purposes was apply the new GP to a particular OU and when the user logs in it changes automatically and they are unable to change it back. I have had a few grumbles from users so far but it's a company policy now so there's nothing much they can do about it. Cheers and thanks for all your help guys... especially Speedy |
