683601	2008-06-29 10:47:00	Hi all, Ages ago I put in an Ali PCI usb card. Worked for some devices but didn't reliably give high speed usb 2.0 connection. Recently I purchased a Maxtor Onetouch. The usb 2.0 ports don't recognise the maxtor so I have to plug the backup HD into the motherboard usb 1 drives which take forever to transfer data. I have tried uninstalling usb drivers and reinstalling with latest from usbman but no improvement. Under device manager I have a standard enhanced pci to usb host controller so it should connect at usb 2.0 speed but it won't connect at all. Any advice? I have XP. Many thanks	bba12 (1139)
