I dont know if a cheque from Aussie will be accepted by an NZ bank.

419140 2006-01-08 07:28:00 Of course it will - most of our banks are Australian anyway. Soime will even let you trtansfer money online. dvm (6543)
419141 2006-01-08 07:35:00 The Answer Guy huh?

www.google.co.nz

Edit: Do you research your answers? I've just been to your site and most of them you don't even seem to try and come up with a cohesive or comprehensive answer.

Edit 2:  Can you help with the cost of running The Answer Guy? "Paypal"

The crippling costs of a domain name and a private broadband connection on a site already running paid advertising?

419142 2006-01-08 07:35:00 The easiest way is a simple one-off Bill Payment from his bank account to yours by Internet banking.

(That pre-supposes you're each signed up for Internet banking, of course, but it's not hard to do.)
You do have to give him your bank a/c number, though.

I can vouch vouch for its convenience, having paid for items as large as a vehicle that way with no problems.

419143 2006-01-08 07:36:00 Can't you wait until you next see your friend.
I hardly think $20 will make a big difference to your life.

419144 2006-01-08 07:39:00 I got $200 from a mate in oz thru Western Union, a few yrs ago .

Postshop deal with Western Union . He put the $200 in, Postshop will usually ask for a name the person sent it to .

Once the person you've been talking /chatting to confirms that he/she has put the money in, you can get that money the same day .

419146 2006-01-08 07:58:00 Bear in mind that any form of international money transfer usually incurrs quite substantial fees. somebody (208)
