It refreshes every few seconds or so . . but it is on 24 hours a day . You will see some of the local "inhabitants" on the beach and get to watch an occasional volleyball game too . It is winter here right now, but the weather is still pretty mild and clear so you'll still see some bikinis and surfers . Oops, I just remembeered that winter to you is the hot season . . . here it is the cold season . The camera is on the door of a famous restaurant right on the beach and if you are on at the right time, you'll see the owner come in and open the doors when they open for business every day .
