I mention this as I thought it would be helpful for any of you who happen to work in a helpdesk environment. It's been invaluable to me! |

| 422230 | 2006-01-18 19:46:00 | It is not as good as the original click through site - chasms. http://www.chasms.com There is an amazing amount of information on every program and system. You have to subscribe to be able to access the latest programs but many of the older ones are accessible free. It is worth paying some money for anyone dealing with different programs that they don't have or can't install to be able to see the configuration and setup. |

| 422234 | 2006-01-19 02:18:00 | Isn't it just as easy to remember everything? :illogical Only if you have a photographic memory. Its hard on the phone not seeing the persons O/S and trying to remember exact paths etc can be tricky - especially if they haven't been following your directions. I used to use one of these at the ISP I worked for...it was handy. |

| 422236 | 2006-01-19 02:36:00 | ah......but you see, it was just a joke. I had assumed it was a joke as many of your posts have a humourous content. That is a compliment by the way, not a criticism. |
