422287 2006-01-20 01:57:00 It's the nickname of a convicted double knife wielding assailant in Wanganui a few years back - thought it may be the incident you were involved in. rad_s4 (7401)
422288 2006-01-20 02:02:00 This happened 15 years ago, and to my knowledge the only guy that he cut up was me, and me bud who he stabbed in the groin.

No idea if he has nickname or is related in any way to Humsing, Never heard of Humsing, which surprises me as I thought I heard everything in Wanganui....

422289 2006-01-20 02:11:00 Quite a few years ago there was a bit of a fuss about a project which generated a full map of the human body in thin slices. Two subjects were (after death ;) ) cut in about 5 or 10 mm slices, and these were photographed.

The male was recruited in an American jail under a death sentence, and spent his time before his execution exercising so he would be in perfect physical condition.

The female was 64 years old and had asome fatal condition.

This was for scientific/educational purposes. I'm not sure whether it's all on the Internet. It probably is.

422290 2006-01-20 02:15:00 There was a chap who was asked to hum it,so that he could sing it,but I think they are not related. Cicero (40)
422291 2006-01-20 02:24:00 Drivel? So they throw a hissy fit when there is an exhibition containing human bodies.
But when there is a documentary show on Television aboutthe human body, not a thing is heard...
Am I missing something? :2cents:

422292 2006-01-20 02:28:00 Here's one viewer (www.npac.syr.edu/projects/vishuman/VisibleHuman.html) for the huge data set. Have a look at the Visible Human Project (www.nlm.nih.gov/research/visible/visible_human.html) page at the US government NIH for more. Graham L (2)
422293 2006-01-20 04:40:00 Heh, Ive seen the inside of me thanks to getting a large part of my chest being torn open, Utterly amazing to look into the wound and see all the little bits and piece working away and beating along with my heart .
Gee thanks Metla . :dogeye:

Being a rather squeamish person when it comes to the insides of bodies, despite UE in biology, I was feeling rather proud of myself being able to read this discussion without feeling ill . . . until I read that . :yuck:

<gags and starts running to the bog . . . >
