It installs it as default, so by default the NOD installation screws with the Winsock LSP.

This means when it breaks, they don't just lose the POP3 proxy, or are unable to get e-mail - it means they are unable to get any internet access at all
It in fact asks you for each one of the modules whether you want it on or not.
And you assume it "breaks" all the time. Like I said, never had an issue with it.

Never said it breaks all the time, but when it does it's not a minor fix, it's a total hosing.
