I'd love to have a rhubarb patch, but I believe it takes about three years before it can be cultivated and requires cold temperatures. I've just planted a lime tree, with the long term in mind. Yum. At least that's some compensation. |

Really, i didn't realise that, my most abundant rhubarb plant was from a crown I got given in august of last year, so i suppose if you know some one who is splitting an existing crown up grab a bit of it as it has produced really well for me |
