Surely the convienence of that hot plate thing that can cook things almost as good as the oven is worth putting up with the annoying beep. Of course, the beep might have been too mundane for the designer, so we might be able to shoot whoever decided on the annoying beep without feeling bad about killing someone who came up with a great idea. |

Come on J.H. have you even fixed microwaves full time, one maker of microwaves the moisture gets in to the display and the segments fail, The LCD is the same that is on most digital watches, before that they had a neon type display, (that you can see in the dark) they lasted the life of a microwave. |
