Can I import my Contacts List and Folders( 312100KB) from 03 to 13? Successfully? I had enormous problems last time I upgraded my laptop just going from 03 to 03. | 1428828 | 2016-11-17 01:42:00 | more info please is it an @xtra.co.nz email assuming it is :) what server settings are you using can you login to webmail pop3 or imap ? have you done the recommended password reset I would download Thunderbird & see if that works , rather than buy Outlook2016 in the off chance it MIGHT solve the issue . www.spark.co.nz And , taken off their webpage today "Undergoing maintenance We're currently performing maintenance on our Xtra Email Move service. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. We're working to get this back up and running shortly." I wouldnt be too surprised if there are some outages during Sparks xtra email host move process. A pitty their helpdesk seem a bit uninformed. Time for a new script or are they deliberately pretending there are no issues with the move ? |

| 1428829 | 2016-11-17 01:46:00 | and yet, from their webpage (assuming you have a xtra email) www.spark.co.nz If its hosted exchange or domain email, then 2003 might no longer work You can import pst (pop3 mail, contacts etc) from 2003 to 2013,16 . - imap will be a bit tricker . |

| 1428831 | 2016-11-20 01:57:00 | Thank you all I should have said it was Pop3 and I have done all the usual checks . I know its their end but cant get them to admit it . this is what I sent last to them cos ringing the overseas call centre gets you nowhere they will not transfer you to a technician . Luckily I kept a few email addresses from previous session: No Outlook send or receive for any account . Nor android, nor tv . (Thus not Outlook problem) Error: unable to connect to pop3 email server contact your isp . Settings endlessly checked by Help desk; technicians; Microsoft; No problems this end . Uninstalled and reinstalled . Reset modem . Rebooted etc . Restored to earlier time . removed and replaced email accounts . Webmail receives emails but intermittent/random send fault . Invalid pop3 address: pop3xtra . co . nz Missing dot!! Who can correct this? This is the problem for all email programs . Needs fixing by programmer? Error message continually to update external account . . . . . Suspension? cancelled by help desk but still getting error message: Appears problem to external? account . . . . check settings Settings check: password: told unable to update; provide values for all fields . Still no android cell access send or receive with either password . Error unable to connect to pop3 email server contact your isp . NO reply to date . How to get Spark to put one little dot in THEIR incorrect pop address? Cos the dot does exist on my settings . re importing from 2003 Can I move my folders where I store keepers? |
