| 1426262 | 2016-09-20 20:40:00 | Having a great last couple of months. Ceiling in lounge started to drip...fortunately it was just the roof nails and not actual rust holes. Fixed. Then son is about to have a very expensive war with the ex. She has stopped allowing the child to see daddy, taken her (fairly recent) cellphone off her too. Claimed he hit her. (He's been living here nearly a year now, hmm, when). And last night I stepped in a puddle in the kitchen. Turns out(I knew there was a leak somewhere), the door seals on the dishwasher have caused it to leak - for ages. I hadn't been able to see that until now, as the water would go between the joins in the vinyl floor tiles and be absorbed by the weetbix board floor. Now it's full, I got a puddle. Awesome, so new bit of floor, new floor coverings etc etc. Dishwasher fix. |

| 1426267 | 2016-09-21 04:52:00 | Yes, the excess. The kitchen is tiny, 4.7sqm to be exact so it's not really worth it., Bought the lino, $152, installer guy coming tomorrow to quote. All up I estimate $550. |

| 1426268 | 2016-09-21 05:00:00 | Ceiling in lounge started to drip . . . fortunately it was just the roof nails and not actual rust holes . Fixed . Could be worse . My roof has plenty of drips, from roof nails and rust holes ,small & big . Since I cant afford $10k - $20k for a new roof , I have to patch it up as best I can :( The sound of rain at night is often a cause of stress now . |
