1426182 2016-09-20 06:31:00 It locked up lost all 641 contacts on my S3 fone and computer! Used to use Nokia Suite it was a pearler you could hit print every so often as a last ditch copy in case you lost your phone and the computer died at the same time.
God give me strength to carry on.

1426183 2016-09-20 06:48:00 I never saw the point of it anyway, what does it do that google's backup and restore doesn't. Are your contacts on the google cloud? probably not lost if so, just log into Gmail with a browser and check under contacts - drop down box where it says Gmail dugimodo (138)

I think by default they must auto upload, as I certainly didn't do it manually. wainuitech (129)
1426185 2016-09-20 23:46:00 Some of the older contacts might be on the Sim Card . 1101 (13337)
1426186 2016-09-20 23:53:00 Not sure how it could lose them - I've used it tons (100+) of times and never had it remove any data from the source device. Even so, aren't all your contacts synced to your Google account or Samsung account anyway? inphinity (7274)
1426187 2016-09-21 07:19:00 No, it didnt actually delete them as such they were there as unknown with no details. prefect (6291)
