That problem? Might is right sums it up.

Rugby cannot be part of the solution if it is the base cause of the problem.

No conundrum, no puzzle, no doubt.
Our society is deeply imbued with the violence of the field.

Please Mr Fillpo don't think the whole of Nz society is against yoiu. What you did was horrendous but i would so like to know what these innocent victims did to you for you to get that angry. I wish you well life will go on for you and now it is up to you to prove you are a worthwhile man. Good luck!

You idiots need to ask yourself if your employers would have to answer for an employee that misbehaves outside of work. All you people are trying to do is sensationalise the incident. and hold the rugby union responsible. I agree that the guy needs to answer for his actions and take appropriate punishment for his actions but don't try to blame the employer. Grow up.

For all this I fail to see how him losing his job helps anything!

wouldn't he have a wrongful dismissal claim here given he wasn't convicted? don't get me wrong it was a cowardly action by Losi but do we really need to bring out the pitchforks and go on a good ole witch hunt led by the amiable Paul Henry? This guy could turn his life around with rugby and some good mentors or would the witch hunters rather this guy never be employable again and learn his life skills in prison?

People like you and the judge are the problem

I used to employ staff in a previous life and if any of my staff had assaulted someone they would have been down the road instantly .
I'm now an employee and I would expect my boss to do the same to me if I assaulted someone .

He might have got off with no conviction but that doesn't make him not guilty .

Assault is assault at any age and should be punished .
