| 1425874 | 2016-09-12 00:33:00 | Certainly food for thought. Going to try the turps/wax mix on the chain. Goes like thick honey when cool. A quick nuke in the microwave brings it back to a clear watery solution. I'll apply it to the chain in that state & see how it lasts. |

| 1425875 | 2016-09-12 11:03:00 | Bunnings have WD40 PTFE Dry Lubricant spray-can for $24.98 and JayCar have a similar PTFE spray-can lubricant for 21.90. I've used the latter for several years and it is great, though having read the specs, I suspect that WD40 has the better product. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
