1428675	2016-11-13 03:00:00	Hello . I have been noticing that when i run WAMP Server , a cmd prompt like box shows me for like 3 seconds and then it goes away . The program then runs fine , i can see the green signal and i can log in . Where the problem is noticed is when i try to import a sql file . I can see the loading icon just keeps on going and going . So i can not import a file . I also notice it a bit slow when using the program . I have seen this problem before and i tried to fix it and it did get fixed . I can import file and no cmd prompt box . The fix was that i changed from internet explorer to chrome and it worked fine . Notes - I did try to fix it again using same steps , but nothing . I have Windows 10 I have 16 GB of Ram I have tried this on another laptop but still same issue and that has windows 7 . In my opinion i think that the program could be not installed properly or some kind of bug . Thanks	AppleFan (17097)
