| 1428632 | 2016-11-10 22:39:00 | Hello . This is the first time I have seen problem with viber . The problem was noticed when the update finished and it said it was successful . A message box came up with the message , please see my attachment . Thats the error . I did contact viber and they give me steps to fix it but it didnt work . Here is what they said . Since this issue occurs on your WiFi alone, it may be due to a connection issue with your WiFi . I suggest that you try using another strong signal WiFi to test this and also see if other apps are effected . If there is anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to reply to this email" . I tried installing it again at same other location , using my mobile network but still same message comes up and that end . Notes is - 1 . This is a windows 10 PC 2 . Ram is 16 GB 3 . I have attached two pictures . Thanks 76617662 |
