1427985 2016-10-29 02:16:00 Hi guys.
I've been a customer of the NZ Post Office, Telecom and now Spark for some 45 years and dont wana change, but...
Our last 5 monthly accounts have all been stuffed up with the same thing.
A charge for 100 fiber and another for 200 fiber.
We only have 100 and I'm not sure if you can have 2 at a time.
Been very stressful and not sure what we can do, apart from complaining.
Whom would you suggest going to, for phone 100 fiber and national calls?
Thanks,
Ian

1427986 2016-10-29 02:49:00 Try calling their billing department, and explain you are being charged for two connections when you only have one.

The phone number should be on your statements.

Yes but the same problem for 5 months is a bit off and like I said I dont want to, but is the keep stuffing it up?

1427990 2016-10-29 18:59:00 I had a billing issue with them when I changed husbands cellphone off a separate bill to the main bill.

Was forwarded to accounts, and what happened exactly I'm not too sure but it ended up a mess.

Filled out a complaint and got some manager guy. He actually made things worse.

In the end, went on chat and the person I got then, fixed it, sorted the credits/debits mess and generated a new bill for me.

1427991 2016-10-29 21:47:00 I am pretty sure that Spark is not alone with this sort of issues.

I personally had several similar issues with other organisations - the larger the organisation, the higher chance of getting it! Nothing new, really.

1427992 2016-10-29 22:11:00 Used to happen here (with Vodafone), got, charged for toll calls when they're free. They changed it over the phone. I paid what was taken off. End of story

When I changed to Vodafone, I never paid the bill on time. But I did pay it.

Then a few yrs later they decided to charge me $17 think it was. For late payment.

So I rang them, and told them why charge me now when you've never charged me over the last 2 years.

They agreed and waived the charge, and havent charged me since lol.
