| 686532 | 2008-07-08 08:51:00 | I am having trouble loading Active sync 4.5 onto my laptop. Have just had a kosher copy of Office 2007 basic loaded and running Windows XP. Have downloaded a copy of Active sync 4.5 however when attempt to load it, the loading drops off about 50% through with no indication why. Had a look at web and some suggested loading Active sync 4.2 first and then upgrading but this does not help either | rodger kallu (9792) | ||
| 686533 | 2008-07-08 12:10:00 | Try loading fresh version of Adobe Flash player, as the installer relies upon that. Also try copying installation directories from CD to drive, and running directly. Also check in the /documents and settings/username/local settings /temp directory for the failed installation ( most installers extract here first, then setup from here), and perhaps a log file indicating where it got up to. |
