| 426572 | 2006-02-02 22:57:00 | This from today's Herald: Aussie's scammed for $7.7m (www.nzherald.co.nz) I know it's nothing new but hell's bells -- how stupid can people get. NZers will be no different I'm sure. If someone knocked on your door and pitched one of these scams you'd send em packing. But get an email from Dr Umboko, perosnal assitant to the late President Wazzawazza Kaboom of Central Congo and next thing previously sane folks are rushing to wire their life savings overseas. How? How can people be this so damn stupid? |
