425896 2006-02-01 07:12:00 worry less..........................how does one do that???????

Easy..... work on your stress management:

Stress management technique:

Just in case you've had a rough day, here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological texts. The funny thing is that it really works.

1) Picture yourself near a stream.

2) Birds are softly chirping in the crisp, cool, mountain air.

3) No one but you knows your secret place.

4) You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called "the world."

5) The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.

6) The water is crystal clear.

7) You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding under the water.

:D :D :D

425897 2006-02-01 07:26:00 Why Worry?

There are only two things in life to worry about:

Whether you are well or whether you are sick .

If you are well, then there is nothing to worry about .

But if you are sick, there are only two things to worry about:

Whether you are going to get well or whether you are going to die .

If you get well, then there is nothing to worry about .

But if you die, there are only two things to worry about:

Whether you are going to go to heaven or whether you are going to go to hell .

If you go to heaven, then you have nothing to worry about .

But if you go to hell, you'll be so busy shaking hands with all your friends, that you won't have time to worry!

So, Why Worry?

Be Happy

425901 2006-02-01 18:16:00 Sigh .. I hate it when these little sacherine platatude stories mask themselves as real events.

Beetle, this did NOT happen as you said. Here is acopy from 2001 archive.mail-list.com just another net myth.

Still as a story trhere is nothing wrong with it, it has sentiments that I totally agree with, there is no uniform mass of people to fit in with. Its an illusion and a predominant teenage obsession. Just a mass of people trying to find their way in the world and cope with life as best they can.

You wouldn't belive how stressful it can be, not having access anymore to free paper clips and a desk diary, let alone hearing Don Brash at Orewa rabbiting on about Labour, when it was National that introduced uncontrolled immigration, and the corrupt system of bribery payments to get into the country.

Remember it was Bolger who declared NZ to be part of Asia, and it was an ex-National MP, Malcom, former immigration minister, who was a forerunner in the so-called Immigration Consultancy industry.

You will always quote the past.
We are well aware of the twerps that governed us in the past,Muldoon Bolger etc,but this is now and it is onward and upward.
One must apologise for reminding you of those good old days ,when you had access to all your perks,it must indeed be depressing when reminded.
