| 686736 | 2009-01-11 11:20:00 | Hi hoanikai, I have just resolved the exact same problem. Yes your right, firefox mozilla does not work. So temporarily go back to internet explorer as your home page, then when media player tells you that u need a licence to play that song allow the licence to download from microsoft, do not close the internet page just minimise to the task bar then open media player & try to play the relevent music. NOTE. at this point I still could not play the music!!! Then I got an automatic download note asking to update for windows service pack 3, YES! as soon as I downloaded the update do the restart thing, open media player again, go through the above process again with the licence migration thing & behold all of my music was now abled to be played again!!
