Then they had the nerve to try to charge me a $15 trace fee for them to try to find out what they had done with my money. Eventually I was able to tell them that the money had been transfered. Is that service? |

| 425819 | 2006-02-02 00:20:00 | heh, your doing this from another country. Im not surprised, they have to go to the extra length to sort out stuff for you. You should be thankfull. Apparently banks are not meant to give you a PIN. So your going to ditch a bank because they have made a slight cock up when sending a letter to another country. You should have done all this when you were in NZ |

This wasn't internet banking, it was a telegraphic transfer. Their internet banking is ok, quite good in fact to be fair, but you cant pay anyone outside of NZ that way. |

They were slow anyway. The only reason i joined them was their credit card seeing asb has credit card also i rather change than stay at national bank.Their transactions are slow. |

| 425825 | 2006-02-03 04:00:00 | National bank did this to me. Seeing Asb have a tertiary account as well.I want to ask if other people find ASB bank good or not before making decision of changing |
