425743	2006-01-31 11:35:00	Apart from the great "Metla's Game of the Month", should make a thread for who got what new games, and opinions, etc. Me? Finally got (as a gift :D) Silent Hunter III ! Been dying to try this, seeing as how much fun I had on it in the original on a Commadore! Plus... Imperial Glory... should be fun too. Now I just gotta find the time... mebbe send the missus out shopping! :)	Greg (193)
425744	2006-01-31 17:00:00	Well i finally got around to buying Unreal Tournamet 2004. I got the "Editors Choise" version because it was the cheapest :D Besides the tournament there is six extra mod games with it. Red October is like battle field 1942, Frag Op's is like counterstrike, Air pirates is just crazy. You fly around in air baloons shooting cannons and air mines at each other. Capture the flag in vehicles is alot of fun untill you roll over and get stuck on ya roof :mad: All in all the best $19.95 i've spent on a new game. :thumbs:	lazydog (148)

425746	2006-01-31 19:27:00	Worms 4 Ok, 3d is cool and all that, but it still feels odd in a worms game. Let me just speak about the demo here, because I havn't played the full one enough. The demo had a nice map, and a nice default weapon theme. W4 has a nasty sentry gun that fires at enemies (that it detects moving) automatically once deployed. This makes multiplayer games require a lot more thought, or else makes you try out crazy things to dodge it. Unfortunately the AI players just couldn't handle a sentry gun, which was rather stupid since the sentry guns seemed to be a major feature in the demo. If you are a worms fan, and have not yet tried 3D, it would be worth buying if you can get it for $20, as the full game has loads of things packed on the dvd. It sold for $50 new, so you should be able to get it cheap on trademe probably. Needs to be run in at least AA 2x, because for some reason it is extremely noticable without AA, more than any other game I have played.	mejobloggs (264)

425749	2006-01-31 19:46:00	Finally got myself Dungeon Siege 2 - it's pretty much more of the same. Lots of hacking and slashing and it doesn't seem that much different to the original. I'll give it a few more hundred or so man hours and see what happens.... A	andrew93 (249)

425751	2006-01-31 20:17:00	Oddly enough, the game I play most is bzflag. I can't understand how I am addicted to such simple game. Got a new pc that can handle all the new games, but what do I do? Play bzflag. http://www.bzflag.org/ Anyone here play? I am on the silvercat server 'every' day at 6.20 :) Cya there. Also got Dungeon Siege 2. I play lan with my brother. The new superpowers make the game more interesting. Unfortunately it doesnt have a separate online map, which is why I liked DS1 so much. I think they need to include more puzzles in DS2. We have played 30 hours or something, and only come accross one puzzle that made us think. It was one of those 'draw this shape without taking your pen off the page' type puzzle. DS2 also seems to crash fairly often for me, and turning on AA results in the area behind the cursor being blurred and distorted in the menus :( Going to write a review here on the Logitech MOMO Racing after I have played a few more games on it. If your going to buy a wheel, I suggest looking in Feb 2006 PC Authority. They seem to think the Saitek R440 is a better wheel because of a few force-feedback 'irregularities' in the logitech.
