And what email client do you use? In Outlook you would use File > Export then burn the result to a CD.

688113 2008-07-12 22:25:00 IF You are using Outlook you can drag and drop all the emails you want to backup into a separate folder and burn them. Each is an individual email will have a .msg extension. They will also retain any attachments.

Once on the CD if you double click them they will still open in Outlook

I do not think this is the same for Outlook Express though.

688114 2008-07-13 05:55:00 YES I have Microsoft OUTLOOK in OFFICE 2007 and your method sounds GREAT. Could you please be more specific as at this stage I am still uncertain what to do??
