| 428293 | 2006-02-08 00:06:00 | One of my customers can simply not acknowledge that I've updated her website, and it's driving me bonkers trying to explain to her that it has been updated. I've had two independent people look at it, from two other ISP's, and they say it's fine. But no matter what, she says she can't see the update. I've even sent her a screenshot of the page, and she questions my integrity by wondering how I created it! The site is www.floraldesignsbyiris.co.nz, and the update is simply the link near the lower part of the front page which links to her Valentine's Day roses. This issue has been going on for days! :mad: Please simply give me a Yes or a No if you can see it. Thank you!!!! |

I can well imagine how on some monitors it would be almost impossible to pick out. I only saw it because you pointed to where it was. Of course, the simple thing would be for her to ring up one of her frineds and get them to check it out. How hard is that for her to do? |

I posted my original comment after looking at it on a CRT - and it was not good visibility at all. In the interests of research I just fired up the laptop with an LCD monitor, and it is indeed very clear. The purple background is much more lilac and the text is much more red. Maybe that is why there is the different perception between you and your client? |
