| 689022 | 2008-07-21 07:18:00 | Hi Zonker, HP's email advised me to remove Smart Web Printing from Control Panel - Add/Remove programmes and then I had to follow the link in the email and download it from there. Zonker- the following advice was in the email: NOTE: Clicking the link may give an error indicating it is invalid. If this occurs, copy the portion of the address on the remaining line(s) and paste it at the end of the address showing in your browser until the complete address is displayed in the Address box. I didn't have a problem tho". Good luck. I see the link as shown above is quite a bit shorter that the one I cut and pasted. Hope it works ok. |
