| 429964 | 2006-02-14 02:18:00 | Every day is Valentines day for me,the romantic fool that I am. The beauty is,I don't have to do anything today in particular. That was my way of saying what Bruce said. |

| 429966 | 2006-02-14 02:35:00 | Can only agree with Bruce Buckman and pctek. What a load of American commercial rubbish! And of course, everbody doubles the price for everything just for today, but in particular florists. Do you mean that you only show wifey that you love and appreciate her once a year? Shame! Shame! Shame! And don't forget that despite what the retailers might say, they are only after your money, nothing else - or did you not realise that? After today what's next? Or have you not noticed the hot cross buns and easter cards in the stores already. I can only agree - bah humbug! |

| 429970 | 2006-02-14 03:04:00 | Valentine's Day is a load of commercial nonsense. To support it trivalises the remaining 364 days of the year where I bestow love and affection to 'er indoors. I would rather have 365 days of brownie points than just focusing on 1 'get rich quick commercial scheme' day. | Cptn Hotshot (3904) | ||
| 429971 | 2006-02-14 03:20:00 | It is all the fault of the Romans, though I rather like this bit: "The boys then sliced the goat's hide into strips, dipped them in the sacrificial blood and took to the streets, gently slapping both women and fields of crops with the goathide strips." www.historychannel.com Now hear Fats Waller, Valentine Stomp (www.redhotjazz.com) |
