| 689605 | 2008-07-17 01:10:00 | I am unable to install SP 3 on XP. It downloads, and will not start services after installing - just sits there waiting forever. An uninstall of the SP is then required. Machine will now not download automatic updates - XP warns me that the Automatic Updates are turned off, but will not let me turn them on... |
