432831 2006-02-22 04:18:00 Psychological engineering: The good people will want to help they will contact and then be a possible `friendly` who may assist.
Only those who realise that there is the possibility of top agents who could break the normal CIA rules, Like the police break the speed limit for the Prime Minister and get away with it, the student who breaks normal regulations to achieve greater CIA Intelligence would be a commendable student, additionally there is also the possibility of `units not declared` A good recruitment from this email would to reply with wanting to assist, or perhaps other scenarios. Quite clever recruiting

432833 2006-02-22 04:46:00 Sounds like a scam to me Creighton, the wording is very similar to phishing expeditions that Mailwasher screens out for me at regular intervals.

They use "police" type IDs to scare the nervous Willies who know they have been visiting naughty sites into responding. A few fish will get caught in the net.

Cheers

[Edit] A good clue is the "question_list.zip" attachment, which almost certainly carries a nasty payload.

432834 2006-02-22 08:05:00 This virus has been round for months. I highly doubt it's a recruitment plan from the CIA, but you just adjust your tinfoil hat and believe it:

432835 2006-02-22 08:11:00 The CIA also run those sites that report it as just another crap email, Those with true sight can see this, and realise the truth within the message. These are the people that the CIA want to make contact with.

Shadows within Shadows.
