Wish I could say I've been having a great day (got a few days off work), but I woke up this morning to find my primary master hard drive had failed without any warnings . Tried everything to get the data off it, but nothing works . Last attempt is the freezer trick which I'm trying shortly .

Yeah, and as Murphy's Law predicts, was planning a big backup of that drive but hadn't gotten around it to . :(
