690334 2008-07-19 22:17:00 I used to have Office 97 and when printing a page one could either leave the lines in or take them out when printing.
I am now using ‘03’ and whether I want them in or out they are out and do not print. I have looked around for a place to put in a tick or take one out and no joy. Can a page be printed with the lines in in Office 2003. That is the question.
I have never needed them before but I would like them now. The alterative of course is to draw a graph on another spread sheet and double print it.
Thanks fellas in advance
John

690335 2008-07-19 22:24:00 Do you mean the gridlines in a graph or the lines around each cell in the ss?? jwil1 (65)

690337 2008-07-20 00:17:00 Go to File-->Page Setup-->Sheet tab, and tick the 'gridlines' box.

This doesn't affect what you see on the screen, but will add gridlines to the print area

It's old age, I thought I had checked everything. I had actually copied my page to another SS and deleted the work and made a graph but this is easier.
Cheers
