At one stage I had a very hard time finding good icons/pics, and I came across these. http://www.iconbuffet.com/ Iconbuffet has some free icons, and you can deliver an invite to people so that they can recieve free icons and you can trade and such. I have about 5 sets if anyone wants them http://www.websiteicons.com/ I am pretty sure these are free, havn't actually signed up yet, but have not seen anything on the site mentioning payment. You can see their massive range here www.websiteicons.com http://www.openclipart.org/ About 8000 free images. http://www.sxc.hu/ Free photos and such. Not sure how many, but heaps. A few more worth checking out if your looking for web (gui) icons are famfamfam (www.famfamfam.com), Tango Icon Gallery (tango-project.org) and graphicPUSH (www.graphicpush.com). A heap of nice icons of the desktop variety are at pixelgirl (www.pixelgirlpresents.com/). (see also del (http:)) |
