True geeks (e.g. Apple zealots) tend to harp on about stuff like a preacher and will immediately says things such as "you should be doing it this way ..." There is an ego thing you have to have as well. I also think Star Trek is stupid and hate Manga with avengence. |

There is an ego thing you have to have as well.Hmmm... I tend to disagree :) Firstly I wouldn't call Apple zealots true geeks. I don't think a true geek is held to a specific brand as such (like apple) but would weigh up the options based on the facts (which the true geek would have already sought out)... if the facts point to Apple then so be it, but if the facts pointed away from Apple at some point then they'd have no qualms about embracing the new idea.
