| 690899 | 2008-07-21 12:28:00 | Ok so I did it again. I formatted a HDD. I backed up all my files... well I thought I had. Half way through the formating process I realised I hadnt saved any of my email addresses. So heres the problem... Whats the best and easiest program to use to recover or restore or get back the entire contents of the hdd? |

Tiramisu from Ontrack might do the job. Also Check GRC their Spinrite might do the job Recovery software I have used in the past takes hours to run. Overnight plus more depending on the level set and the HDD size. |
