436290 2006-03-07 06:55:00 I am selling a VCR on Trade Me but I have lost the manual. Is there a site where I can find old manuals that I could print out? The VCR was baught in NZ.

On another note if I were to send out the VCR (it is quite big and heavy) what would be the best way to do that (who with).

Thanks

436291 2006-03-07 06:59:00 Have you tried googling for the make and model of the VCR? Try putting that information plus "manual" into the search string. :) Jen (38)
436292 2006-03-07 07:03:00 I did try that and couldnt find one but I just looked again and found one. Thanks for the help.

Also by any chance is there rulaes against printing out a manual and selling a vcr with it on trade me?

436296 2006-03-07 07:15:00 Its a SONY and the model number is SLV-EZ70.

Even just basic info on this would be great. Right now all I have is what is on the actual player which isnt a lot it really just says it can record. It was the top model when I bought so I would like to state all the technical stuff about it.

436297 2006-03-07 07:16:00 You would have a far better chance of finding a manual (or copy thereof) if you tell us the make, model and approximate age of the machine. One of us may have the manual.

BTW big and heavy sounds old and worn out, for the last 7-8 years they have only made light and flimsy.

Cheers

Edit: Well, one question out of three left alive ain't bad. there's some flying fingers out there!

436298 2006-03-07 07:20:00 It is about 5 years old. It not very big and very heavy I guess Im just used to my laptop being so small and doing so much it sems like such a large piece of technology to do so little. kiwimate27 (9833)
436299 2006-03-08 05:16:00 There doesn't appear to be a user manual readily available. :D You could buy a service manual. "sony slvez70 user manual" to google finds a sony.com.au article page which is probably about (or at least mentioning it). Graham L (2)
