| 691190 | 2008-07-22 10:18:00 | Hi My automatic updates has downloaded the KB953465 and KB953432 updates (both for Outlook 2003) but these fail to install. I've downloaded both manually and tried to install as well but no luck. Help please! I'm using Windows XP SP3 and have Microsoft Office 2003 installed. Thanks Paul |

| 691191 | 2008-07-22 10:23:00 | If a previous version of the junk email filter is installed, (KB 953465) uninstall it first I found this out too with Office 07, the latest version wont install if a previous version is installed. Altho, I dont bother with the junk email filter now. What Service pack is installed for Office?? As you need SP3 for Office 03, before KB 953432 will install. According to the MS site |

| 691193 | 2008-07-23 05:20:00 | You mean Office 03 SP3. Office 07 doesnt have SP3 only SP1 Did you uninstall the previous version of junk email filter, if its installed? Look in event viewer see what the error says under MS Office sessions |
