691318 2008-07-23 02:18:00 Hey all,

Have put together a website for a friend. The idea is you visit the website and it walks you through in Steps, so you start at the index.php, then goto the start.php, then to step1, then step2, then step3 and finally step4.

Problem is:
In IE6, when you go from the index.php to start.php, it doesnt display, the page just loads completely blank until you hit F5.
Works fine in IE7
Works fine in Firefox

Can somebody else please check http://www.riskybusiness.co.nz in IE6 (I dont have IE6 handy, only IE7 - but remotely viewed this guys screen and saw the issue happening) and see that its happening for them also in IE6?
He says its not only happened for him, but 3 other contacts of his that are located elsewhere in the country.

Not after any other comments on the site design / feel please, just hoping somebody might be able to assist with diagnosing why its loading a white page. :)

Thanks

Chill.

691322 2008-07-23 03:55:00 This is even stranger... works on one of my XP Pro SP2 VMs and not the other - identical apart from the testing s/w I have on one.

BTW have you tested it on Opera??

691323 2008-07-23 04:12:00 Nope, havent tried Opera yet, tried Safari and it was fine, tried from my iPhone and it was also fine.

Geez I have no idea whats causing it :-/

Drawing board time... :p

691326 2008-07-23 06:13:00 So what do you need to worry about IE6 for? ;)Gosh, that is an intelligent comment. Maybe because a large number of your potential customers may view the site using it? Jen (38)
