437837	2006-03-13 18:00:00	I saw the list of the world's billionaires the other day and in at numero three is Carlos Helu. It says he makes his money from Telecoms. I find it very sigifiiciant that NZ and Mexico are the only countries in the OECD not to have unbundled the local loop (and that both countires have very poor broadband service and uptake). Mexico has about 100 million people and Mexico city about 15 million so although they may have a low standard of living there will be a lot of well off people with PC's and internet. So Carlos is obviously doing very well out of telecoms which sort of proves that Telecom is also doing very well out of NZ. Regards Digby Tauranga	Digby (677)
