441501 2006-03-28 20:18:00 Is there a searchable database for the cover CDs / DVDs?
Sorry - this topic has probably been discussed previously but I cannot find reference to it.

I am wondering if any of the CDs / DVD would have the MS anti-spyware program?

That is an interesting site Safari, and although I could see no reference to PCW cover disks, I found a title that surely Metla must have in his collection: "P S Your Cat Is Dead"

I don't think so ... searched the database and came up nil.

Have found that the MS AntiSpyware requires WinXP SP2, which I do not have and will not install. So now I am trialling Zone Alarm Pro and it seems very good.

441508 2006-03-29 04:22:00 This is the PressF1 thread (pressf1.co.nz/showthread.php?t=42497&highlight=pcworld+database) in which a database of PCWorld CDs was created. It goes from Dec 2002 to March 2004?

I thought that the PCWorld web site Downloads section might be a way to find in which month's CD a file might be found There doesn't seem to be a "Download" section on the new improved PC World site. :(
