| 440220 | 2006-03-23 22:34:00 | Making my smoothie this morning stood there with mango flesh scattered everywhere and no decent pieces, I thought there must be an easy way to peel and de-stone a mango ? Anybody know what it is ? (other than buying it in a tin that is !!) |

In fact I'm aware of two methods - one I saw by Jamie Oliver which was really practical and simple. The other was a true art form demonstrated in a TV series by Agatha Christie's Inspector whatever-his-name-was. Sadly I can recall neither of the methods as I too rarely eat mangos.
