1428902 2016-11-19 02:37:00 I have recently purchased a new ASUS Laptop, running Windows 7 Po 64Bit, pre-installed - I elected not to upgrade to windows 10.

Firefox crashes on average twice a day, cause "Plug In container for Firefox has stopped working.

See Report below.

I sort out each occurrence by canning Firefox on Task Manager , and reopening and "Restoring Previous Session" it's just a bloody nuisance.

1428903 2016-11-19 05:27:00 Open Firefox, disable all the Add-ons, see if it still crashes, if it doesn't then enable one at time until it crashes again. It could be a bit time consuming if its intermittent.

Also have a read of this article support.mozilla.org Some suggestions.

1428905 2016-11-20 09:49:00 Or export bookmarks / backup whatever. Uninstall it / delete its folders. Then reinstall FF 50 Speedy Gonzales (78)
