1427846 2016-10-25 22:39:00 Looks like KFC are in big trouble.

She is demanding KFC change its advertising. She is seeking US$20 million in damages. She has returned the two gift certificates worth US$70 the company sent her.

A representative for KFC has labelled the lawsuit as “meritless”.

Maybe she should have kept the gift vouchers. :)

1427847 2016-10-26 01:33:00 Of course. The USA. I'm surprised someone hasn't sued the weather reporters over rain yet.

And a lot of them are rather "hungry" to be polite. I find it astounding the quantity some people here can eat !

1427851 2016-10-26 05:02:00 Seriously tho if you compare their advertising photos with what you actually get she has a point. If she actually won Mcdonalds etc would be running for cover. Clod (7853)

1427854 2016-10-26 09:42:00 well the photo advert shows chicken pieces well above the top of the "bucket"

In reality, the "bucket" is only half full

So I'd be pretty pi$$ed of too

Wouldn't you?

1427855 2016-10-26 15:52:00 NZ KFC usually sell by pieces, e.g 16 piece bucket etc
